An incident occurred during a Jane’s Addiction concert while the band was performing Ocean Size in Boston.

The lead singer Perry Farrell, visibly nervous, approached the guitarist Dave Navarro and attacked him.

Farrell hit Navarro a couple of times before the staff and bassist Eric Avery intervened and took Farrell to the back of the stage after restraining him.

A few more punches were thrown among the group while Navarro walked away to put down his guitar.

Perry Farrell was involved in a musical project called Psi Com during the early 1980s.

Psi Com was a post-punk band based in Los Angeles. The band is notable for being Farrell’s first significant musical project before he gained fame with Jane’s Addiction.

Psi Com’s music was characterized by its dark, atmospheric sound and introspective lyrics (Redazione)
