Expocook 2024, scheduled from March 11 to 14, is set to take place at the Fiera del Mediterraneo. The event was presented at the Palazzo Reale in Palermo. The 8th edition is anticipated to impress once again, being the largest event in Southern Italy dedicated to the food, catering, and hotel industry. It covers 25,000 square meters of exhibition space, includes 15 thematic sectors, 6 pavilions, and features 250 exhibitors.

The four-day event program includes various activities aimed at enhancing food and wine excellence. These include tastings, cooking shows, masterclass debates, seminars, and conferences. This event is an unmissable opportunity for professional development for sector operators.

Among the guest stars are Iginio Massari, Nicola and Mario Fiasconaro, Pino Saringella, Giovanni Cappello, Giuseppe Causarano, Giuseppe Torrisi, and Roberto Cascino.

A dedicated space, the Expocook Pizza World Competition, is coordinated by Enrico Bianchini. Master pizza chefs of the caliber of Francesco Martucci, Antonio Starita, and Errico Porzio will be on the jury and will also be protagonists of the cooking show on the main stage.
