Acea is set to acquire City Green Light. Founded in 2017, the company is owned by Marguerite Fund, the European Investment Bank, and the Italian Fund for Energy Efficiency, with the involvement of Andrea Agnelli.

In addition to managing public lighting in Catania and other cities, City Green Light operates in the plant engineering sector and energy efficiency, offering smart city solutions such as intelligent parking management, charging stations, and video surveillance.

The group, led by Fabrizio Palermo, currently manages over 250,000 light points in Rome, where public illumination plays a crucial role in enhancing the city’s vast artistic and historical heritage. (Sergio Scialabba)
